We do not finance through Care Credit for under $199 or less. Our office offers 6 month financing for payments of $200-$999, and for $1,000 and above, we offer 12 months.
Care Credit currently offers 26.99% deferred interest. Meaning, as long as you have paid in full before your chosen payment schedule is up, Care Credit will not charge you that interest. Please also keep in mind, that should you even leave a small balance once your payment schedule ends (Example: the end of 12 months), you would owe Care Credit the 26.99% interest on the whole original amount.
While we do not process Care Credit applications in office, our staff is highly trained in order to help to apply by phone 800-677-0718, or online at www.carecredit.com by using our office Ipad. The whole process is a series of simple questions and takes a matter of minutes. Once approved, they will give you your Care Credit card number and credit limit, and you can use it right away at our office. You will receive your card in a few business days.
Yes. There are two ways of paying for someone who is not the Care Credit card holder:
1. The card holder must be present at the time of treatment/transaction.
2. The card holder may call in the patient as an “Authorized User”, which means you would not have to be present at the time of treatment/transaction.
Once you are a Care Credit card holder, you can download the app, which offers an electronic version of your card which you can show at time of visit, make or schedule payments, and review remaining balances. We highly recommend the app.
Unfortunately, Care Credit does not allow over the phone payments. However, you can now pay their balance online. You would go to www.carecreditpay.com and search by our location. Once you find the specific location you were seen for treatment, you can follow the prompts for payment. Same payment schedules apply.
